Residenza Excelsior is located in a former building, an old prestigious hotel in Forte dei Marmi. It was renovated by Società Immobiliare Finedil Viareggio, a leading estate company, which created super luxury apartments.

The building consists of 14 apartments with refined finishing, provided with a private underground car park.

We have always collaborated as a team with Finedil with great enthusiasm and to accomplish this ambitious undertaking, our studio managed the systems design providing high quality and luxury materials and technologies in order to realise this selected and prestigious assignment.
