It’s an important intervention in Marco Polo area, near the motorway exit, a few steps from the west pinewood.

It was born thanks to the requalification and convertion of the Carnival hangar Area into a residential district with also some business and shop centres.

It consists of 10 high architecture building with different heights inside an equipped 20.000 square metres park.

Each building, put to use as apartments, has a capacity of 16 to 28 properties, arranged over 4-5 and 6 floors above ground. The single building has a garden, wide balconies with possible cellars in the basements.
