It is and intervention aimed to give a new imagine to the degraded ex Caserma Mazzini. It consists of nearly 70 high technology and architecture flats arranged over 3 floors in addition to a basement and a reserved car park.

We managed the system design with avant-garde solutions for comfortable and functional apartments. As the housing estate is near the urban walls and overlooks the new garden-square called “Giardino degli Osservanti”, the intervention was really important and underlined its unique and new residential style in the city.
