Residenza Universitaria MT was built in an area called “Stecca” inside S. Francesco monumental complex and overlooks the new square called 2Il giardino degli osservanti".

It is a prestigious building, realised by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca to accommodate the students attending the IMT School.

It is not a common hotel but a specific facility to accommodate those students who come from every corners of Italy.

Lucca Superintendence supervised the work which is one of a sequence of brilliant restoration examples.

It has 70 sleeping accommodations, a refectory for the students and a restaurant open to the public as well as its guests.

We had the privilege to manage the system design and the authorising procedures to meet regulatory requirements to operate.
