Villa Argentina is one of the Versilia’s historical constructions built in 1968 inside a wide gardet located in Via Fratti, corner Via Vespucci, in the residential district called “Quattro Venti” in Viareggio.
Architect Belluomini Alfredo designed an extension to it and Galielo Chini created the decorations both for its first floor facades and the internal walls.
After, the villa was converted in a hotel with an extension to the north part toward Via Fratti.
Pisa superintendence has been restoring the palazzo to recover its original magnificience and for this we were asked to manage the technological system design.
We were pleased to accept superintendence direct assignment and we did our best to fulfil its expectations.
The villa is now being finished by the Province of Lucca.
