This elegant realization, called “Villa Maria Luigia” is located in Via Crispi, in front of the new cultural centre in Forte dei Marmi, 50 m from the sea.

It consists of two villas, each one 260 square metres wide, arranged over three floors built according to the high refinement criterions of this zone.

As it’s equipped with avant-garde systems, Villa Maria Luigia is considered a first quality structure.
