Eden is a classical touristic resort in Viareggio built in liberty style. It is located along Viale Regina Margherita, next to famous buildings which made Viareggio famous all around the world. It was used as a play theatre managed by Ermete Zacconi but nowadays, according to the new safety requirements, it is only used as a cinema. We manage the system design and everything concerning the fire prevention innovations.
